Icelandair/Cheaptickets.com's $61 mistake. Any info on Reykjavik travels

I do have a holiday booked though, which is cause for excitement and a 
little request: If the Sinister Icelandic Wing has any suggestions of
cool 
places/things to go/do in Reykjavik for 5 days in the middle of August,
then 
do be in touch. The same request applies to the New York & Surrouding
Area 
Wing too, as I will be visiting that neck of the woods for the three
weeks 
before Iceland. Maybe a picnic even? Okay, well I won't push it.
