hello
this feels a little like the first night at university; nursing my pint of
guinness and hoping that interesting people talk to me. everyone asks your
name, course and where you're from, but after a while you begin to think
that no-ones that interested.
anyway, my name's tim and i've just moved to london. i'm looking for a job
until september when i'm going to go back to being a student for a little
bit longer. until i find a job i'm drawing comics, philosophising in local
coffee shops and listening to the tindersticks.
like a lot of people, i was introduced to belle and sebastian whilst in the
sixth form listening to john peel in the evenings. my first though was 'did
he really sing about his "ten biggest wanks,"' but i bought the album anyway
and have been hooked ever since.
i feel slightly daunted by the internet, but i'll get to grips with it
eventually. i joined the mailing list to find out about belle and sebastian
related news and gossip...
