Having just fed my little sister and me...Here is what was made
Monkfish wrapped in parma ham
Breaded scallops
Mascarpone and white wine sauce

a side salad of rocket, avacado, spring onion, orange pepper, tomato and 
french dressing.

There was a bit olf discussion about St Valentines day...sort of.
Wll, this was my first single St Valentines day in 3 years. Hurrah! So I 
thought I would celebrate this by cooking myself a tasty dinner...
Tuna steaks glazed in honey and soy sauce

Miso soup with spring onion
Couscous, avacado, spring onion, rocket and lime salad

I started a new job last weekend. Being a full time student at all.
