Lawrence,
I received your email via Sinister. I thought I was off the list also... so
it was supervising getting the email.

Anyway, I co-manage a online distribution company [www.blastmymusic.com] and
would like to know if we could distribute your music.

Thanks for your time.

Hi Sinister follk.

Well, firstly, happy Christmas and new year to you all. I am envious of
anyone living in the Northern Hemisphere at the moment, because today in New
Zealand it is humid as hell, and all I want to do is find some shade and
sleep.

Secondly, to be honest, I'm not really sure whether I'm even on the list any
more. It seems like months since a digest landed in my inbox.
Here's hoping ...

Anyway, my point, such that it is, is that I was wondering what the best
official/unofficial channel for getting in touch with Belle & Sebastian is
these days. I'm not sure if anyone is aware of the indie record label I
co-run, Lil' Chief Records (www.lilchiefrecords.com), but one of our bands,
The Brunettes (who are also signed to Sub Pop in the US and UK) would
L.O.V.E. Love to support B&S on some US live dates. We're not quite sure how
this whole hooking-up-with-a-more-successful-band-for-a-tour thing actually
works, but I'm convinced a Belle & Sebastian and The Brunettes tour would be
fantastic. Anyway, if anyone can suggest a more efficient/personal method
than merely clicking "contact" on the B&S site, I'd love to know about it.

Ok, well, I'm off to find somewhere cool and slightly less humid

Love to all

Lawrence
