From: Keith Watson <<A HREF="mailto:keith@xxx.uk>

Glasgow, this Saturday (25th), meet up at 1 o'clock outside Fopp in Byres Road, west end Glasgow.

Here's directions if you like, but I think everyoneknows how to get there. From the centre of town, get the tube from Buchanan street say to Hillhead, come out of Hillhead underground and turn right, Fopp is about five minutes down the street on your right.

If people need further information, the main station that people are liable to arrive at is Queen St. Station, which is oddly enough in Queen Street. Buchanan Street Ungerground is right next to this station and the Bus Station is behind Queen Street station.

My email address is keith@qss.co.uk and Anne's is A.Ward@gcal.ac.uk but you'll have to mail us before Friday if there's anything you're worried about.

Bring some food if you like, I'll go and get a pile of stuff from Safeways before-hand in any case - all we really need to know is how many of you are coming and how many of you are vegetarians. I shouldn't worry about bringing things like Twister either.

If it pisses it down - we have big piss up. In any case, if anyone's got any problems (nappies needing changed, need to go to the toilet etc) I'm sure we can all sort it out once we're there.

Cheers,Keith.

LONDON PICNIC BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY 4TH MAY @ 2PM

From: David

We're meeting at 2pm at Camden Town tube station which is on the Northern Line (main interchanges are Waterloo, Leicester Square and Kings Cross). You can also get there by catching a bus, call London Transport on 0181 777 1234 for details of buses.

The picnic itself will take place on Primrose Hill which is next to Regents Park and London Zoo, if you arrive late we will be near the top of the hill, if the weather is fine we'll be there till dusk.

Events/Games include: connect 4, hopefully twister, soccer, rounders/baseball, climbing trees, drinking copious amounts of alcohol, rolling dow the hill, listening to music, possibly making a film, silly teenage games like "stuck in the mud", etc. We encourage people to bring along games and activities, especially if loads of people can participate in them.

What to bring? well apart from yourself in a fine mood and with a sense of humour we'd recommend a packed lunch (you know, like on school outings, sandwich, juice drink, crisps, apple that wont be eaten, etc) and some alcohol. For those that are not travelling too far could you also bring board games, footballs, etc. We'll try to have a stereo, but please don't bring tons of tapes as we won't have time to play them all!

If it pishes down? well then you'd find everyone in the pub, in particular you'll find us all at the Spread Eagle on The Parkway, this is on the main road inbetween Camden Town Tube and Primrose Hill, so should be easy to find.

Problems or questions? then mail david kitchen.
