I was driving through Brighton this evening, with Twattybus on full volume on my measly stereo, getting strange looks from the crowds of pissed wankers queing up to dance to house music (oh how exciting), when something caught my attention. If you listen to the start of the album, really carefully, at a really high volume you'll hear that in fact the lyrics are not "He had a stroke at the age of 24, It could have been a brilliant career" But rather "He had a stoat at the age of 24, It would have made a brilliant cashmere" I can see the headlines now, "Number 1 indie album promotes animal cruelty" "Animal Liberation Front issues death threat on B&S" And while we are on this subject, surely Sarah is keeping that fox against its will in the sleeve pictures. And the song Fox in the Snow, poor thing you would have thought that someone could have given it a bed for the night. Any way I'm off now. 3 pointless mails in one day.....sorry!
