Hiya, we're currently having hell with our machine, this is a BIG problem for us as it's our only link to you lot and we're strapped for the cash to fix it. Should our Monitor pack up again, or should we accidentally turn the machine off (now it's on we're trying not to turn it back off!), we'll appear to have deserted you.
