Jack are alright, but the Jacques CD, despite the lovely cover and everything is not really that good. You're better off with the, like, AWEsome Tindersticks. ('For those' est merveilleux) Kelly
MOMUS is playing in London upstairs at the Garage on 21st January... Is anyone from the list going? (cos I am) I saw him in Paris and that was fantastic. I love JACK too. "Pioneer Soundtrack" is a magnificent album and I would recommend it to everyone on this list. JACK made my year in 96, just like BELLE & SEBASTIAN did in 1997. Both bands release a new album in 1998 and I can't wait to hear them ! (JACK's one will be called "The Jazz Age", I think...) Elle est pas belle la vie ?!??? 1998 is gonna be MAGNIFIQUE ! Are there any French people on the list? (I already pestered Anne) I might be going to Paris next month(who cares-oh well). Can you give me your opinion on any good places?

When do we meet? (although a double standard question)

He's doing a single with Suede. Nice one-top one-sorted-sort of. S.Meritt (not so vague) reference: Listen to the 6ths 'wasps' nests'. Now. Is the gothic archies CD any good?
