Oh yes, chiseled good looks, adonis body. This reminds me of the actor that Honey sometimes hires to pose as himself. If anyone wants to know any interesting titbits from someone who's known the real Honey some sixteen years (my god quo is it that long?) then i'm open to bribery. All questions considered. One revelation to start off with - Paul is a scouser not a geordie as he's obviously been pretending. It's an understandable aspiration though. Sinister: Bruce Springsteen

To whoevers interested, Anyone here like Bruce Springsteen? If you do please be in touch, it would be so nice to find somelse who dig's his music and lyrics as much as I do. If you think that he's nothing but an eighties nightmare in a bandana waving an Americn flag then read on. Bruce is not about this!!!! Born in the U.S.A was not a patriotic anthem, it was a song about Bruce's discrace of his nation in the Vietnam war. Early Bruce Spristeen songs are about romance, being young having hope, self beleif and ambition, songs about gangs surviving on the wild streets of New Jersey. but don't just take it from me check him out yourself, I would reccommend "The Wild, the Innocent and the E- street Shuffle". I find that people just don't give him the credit that he deserves and finding Springsteen fans from this generation is not an easy task. anyway I'd better get back to work or I'm going to get the sack. Can anyone help make a little girl very happy ? A friends daughters school is running a quiz type compy based on the following type of question : 1) 24 HFT = 24 Hours From Tulsa 2) 3 BM (SHTR)= 3 Blind Mice (See How They Run) There were 50 of these questions, and a combined effort involving half the adults in Exeter have got 48 to date. OK folks, I'm new here and I appreciate that this has probably been discussed ad nauseum, but I can't be bothered to trawl through *too* many back issues and I really do need to know what 'Le pastie de la Bourgeousie' means. I read 'The Secret History' and thought it fairly average, on the recommendation of a friend who loved it. Perhaps it divides people... Louis de Bernieres came up a couple of days ago for Capt. Correli. Read Senor Viva and the Coca Lord... The world is getting weirder; people who wave their arms around are more likely to have heart attacks than people who don't.... Sinister: Radio Sweethearts

-The Radio Sweethearts are a sort of country/pop type band.All I know of them are a few songs on the album "Shoeshine Chartbusters",a compilation of singles on shoeshine records.Also featured are Frank Blake(Norman Blake & Francis McDonald),Alex Chilton and Speedboat. When i saw the Radio Sweethearts play live in the Cottiers bar in Glasgow, Stevie Jackson played with them for the second half of their set, which was a very nice surprise, except that he stood behind the speaker, so I couln't actually see him. I've just realised they maybe got mentioned because someone else posted this- I've got a few digests to catch up on, so sorry if I'm repeating stuff.
