Good bye Sini-Sunday, Monday fast approaches. The Major would like to report that all is normal and he has returned to HQ after inspecting the field station. He was pretty excited because the server he plays Quake Arena on is called QuakeShit.com and he gets to say a bad word. He watched Mickey Blue Eyes this weekend and thought the funniest part was the Chinese lady screaming, "Eat the fucking cookie." Then seeing that there was art in the movie that had naked lady paintings, he drew his first nude. It's sort of a Reubans style drawing, but in yellow waxed crayon. I'm not sure if I should put this on the fridge or not. Watching him play Quake Arena is quite enjoyable, although luckily it only lasts a few days and then there is a break. I understand what soldiers hear all day while in a battle zone....for those unfamiliar with the game, it is a first person shooter type game with very good quality graphics which is played over the internet in gladiator style Arenas. There are different characters that you can select, some of them female. When the Major plays there is the sounds of the weapons exploding, the flesh flying, screams of death, music and the added surround sound provided by the Major himself. This includes sarcastic commentary, general noises that only an 8 year-old boy could make, offering play observations about anyone who plays in the game that contains a bad word in their name, and songs ad-libbed. Keep in mind that he attends Catholic school and is learning all the hymns and church songs so much of his singing while playing the game is religious songs with new lyric involving aliens and bloody death, but once in a while I think I hear some B&S in there.. He's also got this thing about only playing on the blue team, and he doesn't like bikers for some reason. He's also pretty excited about the clan website I started making him. He really enjoys boasting about his websites (unlike me who lets people happen upon mine), although he never answers his mail, nor actually does any work on it. One of the sounds in the game that is most enjoyable is the exclamation made by one of the female characters when she jumps. It definitely sounds sexual, such as those sounds associated with thrusting, and it makes me think of a fellow listee, she knows who she is. I also get that feeling listening to Lazy Line Painter Jane. Speaking of exclaimations, I learned last week that they don't really like it when you exclaim "Bullshit!" in a meeting. Particularly if what the person is saying is indeed bullshit and they look stupid. Yes, they are still trying to promote me, despite me not seeking career advancement. Now they are going to buy me a bunch of cool toys. [abrupt stop] We interupt this e-mail to inform you that this e-mail will not be interupted by the regularly scheduled Sini-Crush 2000 Special Feature interuption. This special issue was to focus on how it was observed that the leaders on the list crush have been gaining votes without posting, yet they were discovered to be quite active in the Sinister Chat Room on IRC. The special team of analysts from the firm Bear, Bear, Bear, and Nephew, and Son were sent to investigate this and see if there was any connection. Very early yesterday the special team of analysts locked themselves in a room to spend time on IRC. After 14 hours of intense investigation, one of the team members came out of the room and returned quickly with a jar of honey, supposedly for nourishment. Later a delivery of pizza and 200 Wet-Naps was received. The pizza and Wet-Naps were to be slid under the door but this caused the toppings to scrape off and those had to be pushed under with a spatula. They took the spatula. Today it was discovered that the team had yet to actually find the Sinister chatroom and had spent the entire day and last night in a cybersex chat room. This morning a note was passed under the door from inside the room that formed the report that was due regarding the Sinister Chat Room, unfortunately the list crush was not mentioned. The team of analysts would like it known that dust bunnies are in no way associated with lust bunnies, in fact, they are not even of the genus Lapins, and should be kept away from honey. They would also like to pass a message to the "guy who was pretending to be a bi-curious woman" who was recently chatting with "Candy Bubble." They would like to say: Please come back. I had thought about getting some t-shirt made up that say, "Alexander Borgia - European Sex Tour 2000" but seeing how well I am doing on the list crush I would probably end up with all the t-shirts and people would laugh at me and say that I could've stayed home to do that. I guess I will just concentrate on what the trip is actually for and do my research. While we're still on that subject.... Wanker. I have always been under the assumption that wanker was the British equivalent of a "jerk-off," and that wanking was indeed masturbation. It would seem that it has alternate meanings, but I'm not going to trust any of you though. This is a sinister list and we are supposed to be sinister so I think you are all playing a trick on me for when I am in England the same way I play tricks on people by telling them French phrases that are totally smutty and they think they are ordering poached eggs. An observation today.....as many of you know, this weekend is a nomadic weekend for many students. I noticed today that you can tell how close the guys helping the girls to move are by watching how much care they take when moving the mattress. Helloooo: We were coming back from Sunday shopping at local Sainsbury's and just right after a stop to eat some fresh bread and drink some orange juice from the bags like if we were homeless, we made out this across the road : 'ANGELA MURDOCH, student homes' where there used to be a junk-shop. This junk-shop was curious enough itself,children were not allowed inside as if they were little beasts and basically sold primitive pick-ups and record-players, apart from being placed in the downstairs floor of a common house, not quite like a commercial space,let's say. So, is Mrs Murdoch behind this up-and-coming new state agency in Lenton,our fav studenty area in Nottingham? does it mean a shared interest by the rest of the members in the Murdoch family in improving the average student life, and providing them , not only with houses but with whatever is needed to get a 'HOME'? Any answers from the one and only Mrs Murdoch ? Was Angela her first name? hi everyone, my name is oon. I used to be on the list. But not now because my computer has become Chinese. which is one of the languages i ALMOST understand. however,I still read the archive sometime so Miss Honey graciously allows me to write a little. i live in Bangkok, Thailand. if you're one of those people who sometime see strange country on the map and not entirely convinced that it actually exists, you're welcome to visit me. how're you doing? myself have a GRATE winter. (just to prove, once again, that i read the archive) it's been really cold winter. seriously! the weather was actually very very cold. It's so cold we could wore all those winter clothes like woolly, padded jackets, scarves, gloves, boots, and all other thick things. Gave Bangkok wonderful surreal ambience. ie. like you're on drug the whole time. because it didn't look like Bangkok and Bangkok people and yet it was. i've been in good mood for the whole month. partly due to the extent of shopping the good weather allowed. i even broke my own item per minute record. which is a bad bad thing to do. sigh... that's the only Thai news i have today. that our winter was really cold. then it's hot again for a while. right now it's not cold but still nice enough. things are now back to reality. and i am back to work and misery. (oooooh rhyming!!!!) not that i didn't work in winter, but when weather is cold there's much more important things to do. or i should just say only one important thing to do, which is having fun. i had a gypsy card reading (or Tarot Card?) last night. seemed that i'll be stuck at this job for a long time. how sad. other things seemed to be well enough. i also have a bad throat right now. doctor gave a "shut up" order so i've been quiet for the last few days. but yesterday Fluke had a graduation ceremony. so i talked a lot. speaking of Fluke (some of you may have met him in chat, yes?), he's going to US to study Master. in Washington DC at first. anyone here in DC or nearby? because he's never been to US before i'd be grateful if someone could kindly give him some advice on where to have fun. that's probably all he needs. advice on serious matter he can get easily enough from other source. with all the honour i have, i can guarantee that Fluke is a lovely person so have no fear and email me at oon_oon(a)yahoo.com please. he's leaving in March i think. sad : ( speaking of leaving and moving, anyone got Mr Miller a job yet? what about teaching job? i'm not sure if you'll be allowed to teach small children but there's always teacher job, isn't there? at least in Thailand there's always english teacher job all the time. and i bet Mrs Miller will like my country too. i'll even throw in some more incentive since you're such good Thai news reporter. you can pick one of these..... a. elephant ride b. foot massage session c. head in alligators' mouth show d. Mr Miller was Butch, keith was Sundance. Keith was driving the bus. Peter had hugh green hair, like an 80's punk and swore ALL the time. in Thai. they stole the bus to cross the very dusty mexican border. cops were shooting after us. I was bus passenger. the escape was very exciting. the bus was half full of people but i can't remember other people. only the lovely MIss Honey, who was kniting. i remember Honey because of the way she looked. just think Bridget Barfot ( in the sixties, please) However, this wasn't just random dream like people usually have because I know where it came from. Butch was on telly when i went to sleep. before i went home, i saw people shooting. i went to a bar and was very much enjoying myself. which was quite something since it's drum and bass night. normally the kind of music that would have me fall asleep in half an hour. then i walked out to go home. and on the other side of the street, i saw a shooting. the first time i ever i saw* with my own eyes! first there's fighting, then bottle breaking. Then i saw people drawing gun. Then shooting! at this point all eager onlookers scattered away at the speed of light. one second i was standing there, another second i was cowering inside car. amazing! *maybe saw is not correct word. it's very late and my eyes had become too small to see anything beyond my own hand. Those people could have been tangoing for all i saw. Lucky there's still someone with good eyes to narrate. Last time i saw people really fighting must be years ago. How nostalgic. In a bad way. Only the honey's kniting part i can't think where it came from. i bet Stuart M was in the bus too. he's a regular. heaven bless him. can i quickly say something here? i hardly have time to do email lately plus everything i have in my old computer is all gone so i don't have many people address. sorry. Sinister: Hong Kong

Evening all Been a long time since I posted to the list, babies, hectic and time consuming job being my excuse. The last time I posted was as Typhoon York was about to hit HK in September last year. Anyway, I'm still here, glancing through the mail that drops out my computer every day. I even finally got round to sending Listmummy Honey my photo in after being on the list for 2 years in last September. A few weeks ago I was in a shop in our village, the radio was tuned to one of the Chinese language channels. Then suddenly I heard a familiar musical sound. They were playing Mary Jo. Well today I noticed we have two new Hong Kong subscribers who have joined the list recently. So I thought it timely to mention to any HK subscribers that theres actually 3 other Sinistereens in HK. Sinister: Snow and film

Woke late today and spent a good part of the day looking out the window at all the snow blanketed on the ground. I had my fun in it the night before and have the snowball-induced bruises to show. Since then it's been snowing on and off, transforming Columbia (and the rest of mid-Missouri) into a winter wonderland. I love snow, as long as the space heater is working. Recieved a package from my parents today. My dad was sending up a new electric shaver and a coffee mug, and threw in some more new tapes. He had put some more of his old Gram Parsons and Bob Dylan records on tape, along with a new alt-country compilation. Also, down at the bottom of the box, sat the (semi) new Clash live CD. I dunno why I hadn't bought it when it came out, and I dunno how he knew I didn't have it. Bless that man... Went to the films with some friends tonight. A local troupe (guess you could call it that) by the name of Ragtag has been bringing in some great independent films, new and old, over the past few months, and this latest season is proving to be quite exciting. Last week it was the newly-remastered "Rear Window," and this week it was the Japanese animated film, "Princess Mononoke." I'm in love. I want one of those cute white tree spirits. The film was shown at the Blue Note (the local music venue), and I took my spot up in the surrounding balcony. Turned out to be the best seat in the house...didn't have to stare over anyone's head. There were four girls down in the seats below that kept glancing up at me during the intermissions. Did I do anything? Did I make a move? Sigh...yeah right. I hiked back home, through snow and ice, all alone. Such is life. hello hello hello. i'm just going to leave all the sex talk alone as myself being celibate. or born again virgin in some areas. I am insanely anal about my feet. one i think all feet are gross.therefore i must buff and polish and smooth my toes to my heels nightly. i put lotion on my feet and sleep with socks on too. it helps keep them smooth. but its funny i can't grow fingernails to save my life. mostly tho it's because i like to pot. and it's too messy with long nails. embarrassing things seen but too embarrassed to tell...hrm...well considering not much embarrasses me. and i talk too much. i doubt this will ever apply to me. haha. my best friend was supposed to come home today. she didnt'. i went all the way downtown this morning with hellish icy roads. and gave cigarettes to homeless people at the bus station waiting for her. there was this poor woman asking me if i knew of any shelters and i used to work for one but not that i could remember any numbers. i recommended the phonebook. i think perhaps she was on drugs or alcohol. she seemed terribly disorriented. or she could have been insane. i dunno. i wish i had a million dollars. homeless people are like animals to me i want to take them all in and take care of them. as long as they aren't rabid. well i've BS'd enough take care all. ciao bella/bello iris no bye. no aloha._the_breeders_ +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the undead Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list mail "sinister(a)missprint.org".
