errr, my mother gets scared if i wander around toronto at night.. i'm just
naive and believe that nothing will ever get me because i'm invincible but
it may not be the wisest thing to do if you're alone and not familiar with
the city!
i don't really know the cool happening spots around toronto, but i do know a
few nice parks and record stores.. genevieve - avoid the eaton centre and
the scariness and garishness of yonge street (although, i like the big hmv..
when i bought a magnetic fields record, the shop boy was delighted at my
selection! he was a doll..) you'll have more fun playing spot-the-hipster
on queen street west, which is near the eaton centre.. there are some nice
record shops along there..
sooo, fellow torontonians.. why don't we try to plan a little b&s get
together around this? please just make it the 30th or after though.. i have
an algebra midterm thursday morning that i have to study for! or email me or
something.. let's see when everyone's available and do that.. okay? yay!

hi everyone!
just wanted to let you all know that snow patrol are playing tonight (friday 24th april) in london at the camden falcon.
they're on stage at 9.45pm, so if you're in london and not heading off to see the multitude of bands that are playing in the capital tonight, then come on down 'cos i promise you'll be blown away by their on-stage escapades ... oh, and the lead singer's really cute too! :)
address for the falcon is: 234 royal college street, camden. £5 or £3.50 concessions.

i feel a hundred eyes on me. Hum... how should i create my persona for
y'all? (american lingo). Well, the thoughts im having are dripping with
sticky sweetness, things like "everyone on this list is just so damn
cool and im inspired by the fact that other people seem to have felt or
still feel that little tingling inside of them that i feel when i listen
to the richness that is belle and sebastian." im basically an email
virgin and kinda like the fact that i can write something that a hundred
eyes will see. Wow. Cool. "something special." yeah.
im from southern california. i grew up a few miles from the beach in
los angeles. i now go to school in san diego, conservative capital of
the world, and dont like it except for the other caged birds around me
that im am collectively working with to break the fuck out of this
joint. one day my roomie and i walked down to the beach to see the
sunset and procrastinate. we were putting on our typical show of
throwing sand and play-fighting/dancing with sticks West Side Story
style when she began humming the tune to "Judy." i taught her the words
and we proceeded to dance around joyously frolicing to our rendition,
throwing wet sand in each others eyes and eventually jumping in the
water (and stripping for a couple of lucky male witnesses). ever since
then we have both seen an improvement in the quality of our lives! i
swear, that damn music is MAGIC>>>>>
YEAH! so how is everybody today? tonight? this morning? thanx Madame
Cholet for the gift! theres much material out there i will eventually
respond to but id like to offer my own psychological services:
1) what is your favorite animal? think of 5 adjectives to describe this

Madame Cholet - I may be the only person here who knows who Melrose
Larry is, but I think it's hilarious that you gave him flyers. I met him
briefly while I was waiting in line to get into the Bob Dylan show at the El
Rey Theater in December. He was holding a big sign professing his love for
Howard Stern and begging people to visit his website.

Hello my dears,
Leave me to invite all to the picnic in Madison, WI. It will be had the
third of May at half-day at the park of James Madison. I beg you all to
carry some food of every type (sweets, fruit, veggies, bread, beverages or
whatever you have hunger for) and your good humor. We can co-divide the
food so that we have a pretty meal. It is necessary that someone bring a
radio, therefore we can listen to our favorite musical group. If you do not
know where is this park of James Madison, e-mail me in private. If you have
need of any other information, let me hear it. It will be nice if come
strange people to the picnic.

Oh i will gladly bee on your photography club! I am starting to like being
in the dark room now..alone..i can turn up Oldies 1310 and dance
around...such freedom..
But can I be a Sinister portratit-personne as well? Because I love drawing
people..and I would adore to draw all of you..(you don't have to be naked or
anything don't worry)..because i am not in fine arts anymore cos they
wouldn't let me draw people,it was all pointellism and clay rabbitts.SO i
chose Media instead....which i love anyways...92% on my claymation Belle and
Sebastian! And i have a new project..a slide presentation,we need to use
music and build the slides around it..looks like i will be doing Belle And
Sebastian yet again! There's jsut too many ideas for this one..so many good

ooh..no,not Montreal.I live..well,you won't find it on the map..umm..the
government lists my home as La Peche i think..do the Gatineau Hills mean
anything to anybody?My village isn't that small... Hey...I mean it's good
enough for Hollywood...they think the scenery around here is beautiful so
they are shooting a Pierce (rrrroww!) Brosnan movie here..
ok,now i have to say something to stop any worries inside my head.
I sent money for my t-shirt (and badge!!)...and I put it inside a cassette
tape...so it wouldn't rattle around and the postal man wouldn't take
it.So..whoever handles the merchandise,please don't think I'm sending you a
tape of me warbling in tune with my cat..it actually has purpose
....oh and another thing,see i don't have a mailbox so i mail things at
school...to do this i have to go to the little depanneur (the shit shack)
and there is a mean Bouncer Man who works there.He stands outside the door
to his stupide little store,arms crossed over like it's some exclusive
club.And he made me leave my bag with him...anyways,i have strong disliking
for him..and because he knows that,he doesn't like me not liking him...(and
maybe he doens't like me calling his store the shit shack..i dunno) so I
bought some clearly canadian once and marvelled over how refreshing it
was,then he ordred in a WHOLE carton of it for me...and i didn't want it,so
he threw me into a ummm...choke hold.He is grimy.And he won't let me put the
stamps on myself,instead he takes them,and i guess he's trying to be
seductive? He takes the stamps and he licks them very slowy and it's all
quite disgusting..and he put this thing on it,and i didn't know what to say
so I'm like 'duhhh....it's a gift' 'worth??' barks Dirty Bouncer Man and i
just said 8 dollars..it's a nice round number! So although it says 'gift' i
assure you....it's actually for my t-shirt...honest!!
Oh and since we are getting all extra activity (and although i'm in the
Sinister Photography Club,the rest sound like experts..I just started this
year!) So I think there should be a drama section,i've got an idea that
could work nicely
Dancing Elf Boy Lost In Woods
scene 1...
(camera fades in...we see Stuart M and Stuart D lying in the grass eating
strawberries and cream)
Stu D:Do you ever think about pish?
Stu M: (pause) yes...but I really wonder about....the clouds..and if there
are angels.
Stu D: Oh...whatever...pish..
(they bite into the strawberries,a butterfly lands on stuart murdochs
porcelaine ankle...camera zooms in..for...effect,yes that's it...effect)
Stu D:I think about things,pish!
Stu M: I also thing about (hesitant) things...
Stu D: Pish.Like what?
Stu M: (takes a deep breath) well,like...(pushes his beautiful locks off his
delicate forehead...the camera zooms in..again,just for effect)
(suddenly a figure emerges from the forest,it is Aidan Strap,with a slab of
beef on a fork)
Aidan: burp burp burp
(stuart hides face in hands,stu d rolls over on stomach and chews
thoughtfully on blade of grass)
Aidan: Do you guys want some beef?
Stu D: Oh this is pish.
Stu M: (dishevelled hair,visibly upset..runs away frightened leaving Stu
wondering why he can't digest the grass and Aidan making a song by blowing
into a jug)
SCENE 2
(stuart m caught in a rainstorm,stumbles upon a little blue house in a town
called Upert,where a person..oh lets call her..hmm,oh where G-Funk lives)
Stu: (knocks timidly on door) Hello?
(thunder crashes,door creaks open)
G: Well,well what's cookin',good lookin'?
S: Please..please..help me,i'm cold and wet and there are wolves.
G:Well come on in.
S: I'm so sorry to intru-
G:Shhh...it's alright,don't talk,here (hands him drink)
S:Than- hey,did you put something in here?
G: Heavens no...why would you (laughs uneasily) think that?
S: Are you trying to sedate me?
and this could all be done with shadows and veneitan blinds and smoke...it
could be so art-y! Really! Hello? dohhhhhhh....

hello!
B&S are finding ways to be my dreams all the time now...i had a tigermilkd
dream..it simply was I went to a library and I'm like 'you got tigermilk?'
and they sold it to me for 50 dollares.Mine was special copy,it had all
little post-it notes written by Stuart Murdoch on it..and then the rest of
the dream just got weird so i won't go into that..
and LAST night,my dream i was sitting in a swamp,and for some reason these 2
guys were sitting behind me (one being the stu-d like boy) and i was
watching the swamp and suddenly just said,to myself 'that reminds me of when
my dad used to race the truck underwater,for fun' and Stu D-like boy (only
in my dreams it didn't look like who i knew..he was like 10 time lovlier)
starts laughing,he thought it was funny in that 'oh you're so crazy!' way i
guess and suddenly he's like 'oh you mean like belle and sebastian' and the
way he said it,it was so NICE to hear it..i remember hearing it,reality as
well (not just dream land) and i'm like 'Oh god,say that AGAIN!' 'Belle and
Sebastian' 'Again!'

Stuart Murdoch and me should trade places,he likes riding buses for a
hobby? That's half my day,it takes almost an hour jsut to get to school...
oh B&S moment stuff cont..most o the gurls have got Leo DiCap on their
lockers right..i've got a picture of Stuart (and also picture of Danny
Sullivan:race car driver)and my boyfriend says you just can't deny stuarts
appeal,he kept trying to kiss stuarts picture and other naughty
things...but he only admit it around me...but just you wait,the magic will
work on the others...
i got to measure a builiding today! it was all trig stuff,and we gogt to use
metersticks,so fun,with a meterstick you have so much power,you can just
smack people...and i was also wearing my big shoes so with the power already
aquired from meterstick,i was also tall...look out Stuart G!
