An arab strap is a leather device that a man wears during sex to help enhance the experience. It is in the most primitive form simply a g-string made of leather, which has a ring of smooth steel that accomodates the penis. This ring is placed lower than is natural and as such forces the penis to stand out more, it is this unnatural position which causes the sensation to be enhanced and for the erection to be maintained. the difference between this and viagra is that on an arab strap the steel ring will also serve to increase the female sensation as it massages the clitoris during sex and helps to give the woman a more intense orgasm.
Maybe I'm just a little too innocent or just plain confused, but if this ring is down at the base of the penis, then how does it get anywhere near the clitoris?
