Sinister: Wondering

I'm having a lazy day at work today (shh!) so I tried to figure out the lyrics to Spaceboy's Dream too. I think I got most of them, but that line near the beginning which goes, "And it wasn't going to be like a ------ trip" is driving me crazy. Somebody please help me figure out what that missing word is. In a eight hour stretch of mind-numbingly boring work, little things like this become really important! Any ideas? Sinister: spaceboy lyrics

Since I'm too lazy to study for my Chemistry exam, I'll post the Space Boy Dream lyrics as I hear them, hopefully nobody else has already. I dreamt I had to go to Mars I'm always getting on about going to Mars through the day but faced with the reality of it in a dream, I was terrified And it wasn't going to be like a moon(?) trip There were three of us going but we couldn't all go in the same ship We had to go one at a time, one day between us; I had to go first And it was the thought of passing through all that black space, all the darkness with nothing in it And then being the first one to land there, all alone I knew it was supposed to be all dark around with just a red surface, But what if I got there and it was light, all civilized and populated and stuff? So I made a plan! -- The other two astronauts were going to be my dad and my sister And my dad would come first after me So I decided when I landed I would stay in my seat until he got there and then we'd both get out together and have a look around and see what sort of things were there. -- And when I woke up and I was lying in the darkness I thought I had landed and I just lay still for awhile, waiting for my dad to get there, too. Sorry for any mistakes I've made. I think the Looper version is loads better, but this one's good too. Wow, there's about 200 more people on this list than when I first subscribed, and my mailbox is overloading.. Sinister: Sound Scan info.....

I was pulling Sound Scan #'s today, (because , well that's part of what I do here at Rhino Records) and looked at TBWTAS, and this week's total is: 5,446 pieces! I found it quite exciting, but then again, things like good sound scan numbers and Japanese curry lunch with Beth make me smile...... i think that we should all share how many copies we've made of B*S albums, ep's, singles -- how many people we've infected with this pleasant virus. i've got twelve, i think. 90-minute masterpieces of IYFS and all the summer 97 EP's. and all my converts are growing in their dedication. i went into a curiosity shop in SF a few weeks ago and they had a bin full of old name-tag patches that had come off various gas station/wal-mart/greasy spoon diner uniforms and they had one that said "judy". so i am going to pin it to my clothes for the upcoming gigs to pay homage to one of my most favoritest songs ever. ooh and NY and Philly kids -- do let's not forget about a meeting place before/after these shows. i'm not from there, so could someone offer up some suggestions? easy like sunday morning, kim ps. what is on isobel's (i assume it's isobel) face in that photo in the liner notes of TWATTY? it gives me the shakes. but she's just precious, isn't she? _________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!?
