I thought the gig was in the new 13th Note which is where the Ventura bar
used to be?
If so it is near King Street (where the Tron Theatre is).

I've just been informed by a kind correspondent that SM's working title for
"Tigermilk" was the incomparably superior "Cock fun"
I wish he had gone the "Cock fun" way really - such a stunt, peurile as it may
be, might have stopped some of the lazy dismissals that some (particularly in
the music press) seem to have made.
Moreover, wouldn't it be great to have people baying for "tapes of cock fun"
on the sinister mailing list. Mind you, I'm on dodgy enough ground subscribing
to it on my work e-mail anyway - I'd really have some explaining to do if they
happened to intercept such messages.

That sounds very plausible to me, sadly Stuart succeeded in proving
quite the opposite. Don't we love them for their guitar-led brilliance
rather than this synth cackhandery? Guess it just goes to show that
even a band as talented as B&S can have their David Bowie moment.
Let's just hope they drop the touted speed garage track "Sebastian's
Nation" from the next album. I had hoped they were above all that.
x Belle
