sorry for the trick name, but I know you're not supposed to write add-on posts so I cleverly disguised myself, and will continue incognito by pretending to quote myself. Without mentioning my own name I can dodge the steel judgement of Honey. Hee hee! Erm... SOMEONE forgot their second declaration and said it would come to them, well, I THINK I know what they were going to say, it was about picnics, oh yes... That person was absolutely digusted to read (a bit ago) that someone else took biscuits to a picnic only to find individually bought mass produced sandwiches and single cartons of Ribena, with nothing being shared. I don't know if it was a one off but I...I mean, they, bluddy hope so. At this gig-less time us sinisterees should stick together and make friends face to face with other sinisterbites, so please please please take something to share when going to picnics. Hello, I haven't posted in a few days, sorry, I've been busy having furious sex with kpc98c(a)cs.nott.ac.uk. He is quite a charmer, a bit like me even. Whilst having such furious sex I had put together a very make-shift mini-sinister-archive on http://www.cockscrew.com/sinister. It probably isn't very useful cos it only started archiving yesterday, only updates every 30 minutes and it's in my university account's web space so it can well be cut off quite soon. Hope it helps someone anyway. Also in that time frame of course was looking for a new house to live (failed) looking for a job (failed) pick up girls (failed), at least I picked up a boy, I was better off cos at least I know where to put in. Hello boys and girls, Its good to see Peter Carter back, isnt it? I heartily think so. Ive missed is inimitable style. His bands new EP looks Interesting, but alas, I simply cant be arsed to buy it. How about a freebie, Pete? Nice one. Anyway, on to matters far more trivial. Bought the new Super Furries record yesterday, and thought it was a bit on the shit side when I listening to it through headphones on the way home, and then realised its true grateness when I put it on my hi-fi in my house. Very strange. Perhaps its because its all in surround sound, and Ive got a posh stereo Anyway, its good, and Id recommend it. No Sympathy is genius. Saw Jurassic Park 3 last night, too. Now theres a movie that could do with being soundtracked by B&S. It was fantastically awful, and I mean that literally it was so awful that it was actually fantastic. But seriously, they could have done with You Made Me Forget My Dreams at the end though it would have worked really well, having the twee bit while the couple snogged (okay they didn't snog, but they Got Back Together), and then the drum machine coming in at the end when the pterodactyls* escape, in order to provide suitable, if weak ammunition for the fourth film. So that's JP4, same time, same place, in four years? ILL BE THERE! Went to a club called Desperate on Friday. Its a Pulp thing, and the mighty Jarve was playing some decidedly dubious 80s-tinged tracks. Hmmm and double Hmmm. The band (A.R.E. Weapons, apparently theyre mates with The Strokes) was decidedly shit, too. I also noticed that you can get some of the EPs on 7, but they only have two tracks on them. Whats the point of that then? Oh well, confusion continues. Oh yeah, and its official, my knee is properly fucked. Ruptured cruciate ligament, apparently. I need an operation. hello the land of sinister... Haven't posted for a long time my droogies, been away and then so very lazy for my own sake... it stRuck me as very weird indeedy the fact that noone mentioned the muRdeR of the 23yRs old italian veck duRing the Genoa Riots... you must have seen it... it was in the news all over the world... the poor veck lying down the street, shot in the head by a rozzie, with his mozgies spread all over the hot asphalt!! you must have seen that... unless you're all twee malchicks and ptitsas and talking about this kind of things is totally inappropriate... So my little bratties, i was in London town, having loads of fun with my droogs up there... we went to Glasgae toon as well and saw the Belles live... two times in Glasgow and once in London in the Royal Albert Hall nonetheless.. but you all read about the gigs so I'm not going to fag you with details... I was having loads of fun when a bratchny bouncer decided that i was talking to the wrong people, some devotshkas making a bit of a fuss and told me that my ticket was not for the arena but for the circle thingy upstairs... ho hum... i was ready to creech in my loudest voice "How dare thou, thou globby bottle of cheap, stinking chip oil? Come and get one in the yarbles, if you have any yarbles, you eunich jelly thou", like Alex would, but the merzky ol' sod was far too big for me to do something like that... so i just moved upstairs my little bratties... The CameRa ObscuRa gig at the Spitz on Saturday the 30th, the following night of the Belles' gig at the RAH was gReat!! you should all buy this pop-disk "eighties fan" it's amazing... plus, Mr John Peel played it on the radio himself... Mr Stuart was at the gig too, and after the gig was over and some cool DJs were playing their pop-disks, I saw him bouncing about in Soft Cell's "tainted love" and other tunies... I stayed in the UK for 3 weeks... and when i came back to greece I was feeling a bit shagged and fagged and fashed, it having been a 3-weeks time of some small energy expenditure, O my brothers... and your humble narrator felt the depression kicked in the moment she stepped out of her plane... But thank Bog, I've got everything sassed now, and I'm moving to Scotland in 5 months... and that'll be for good this time oh my pretty droogies... hullo, this is a grey morning and i hope it won't turn to another hot hot hot, impossible hot, day. i hate summer hot days. 3 summer hot days in the year would be enough for me. i'm going to lisbon today and i hope i can get all the school year shity stuff out of my head. some mind vacations please! want to see some good cinema, get rufus wainright( i think no one have ever mentioned him here and he's sooooooooo great) and that electro-80's kids Ladytron too. and i will try to get jonathan david too coz it's not so easy to get it down here. well, i must say that i was preety shocked with the hard words about isobel on that peter carter post. i really desagree and don't know what to think about that atitude( i hope i didn't misunderstood the whole thing). i will not go to benicassin and i'm really sad about it.MONEY. so, all i can still do it's to go to placebo, devine comedy, p.j. harvey and goldfrapp summer gigs here in portugal. . where is maren rocket? last time i knew about her was in february. she never posted again. if you know about her........ oh god, some brandy cover of phil collins' another day in paradise on the telly. Sinister: stuart's place of worship

Hello again, Sorry everyone, I promised myself I wouldn't post for a long, long, long time, but something came up. My friend is going to Scotland in a few weeks, and he desperately wants to know the details on Stuart's church/(former) place of work. Does anyone know anything? Is it even still standing? Any help would be appreciated, And if you thought that was uninteresting, check this out... I don't remember if 15 minutes is the minimum or maximum, so I'll continue on. I got VH1 Classic last week, which is a must for any 80's pop music fan, and I saw a video for the Zombie's "Time of the Season", followed directly by the Byrd's "Turn, Turn, Turn", both of which were covered by our very own B+S. How (un)exciting! even less interesting is... I saw the movie "Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle" last night. It was pretty good, and I recommend it for a cheap rental. It's better than most of the dreck out there anyway. I was wondering if everyone's favorite Dorothy Parker enthusiast had any thoughts. as if it couldn't get any worse... My birthday is exactly 5 months after B+S Day. I'm just not that special. And last, and probably the least: Is anyone else going to the Radiohead show in Atlanta next week? I'll be there with some friends, and although chances are about .0003% that I'll actually see you maybe I'll wear a shirt or a pin just in case. You never know. Oh, and even a longer shot, if anyone is going to the Birmingham (Alabama, that is) *NSYNC show on August 8th, you won't be suffering alone. I'll probably wear a belle and sebastian shirt then too.
