I'll most likely be wearing a T-shirt that says "I survived the Nanticoke evacuation." Probably. Who knows. I'm fairly nondescript myself. The boy I'll be with has a big brown beard and thick black glasses and the girl I'll be with is pretty tall and has crazy big blonde hair. They're both real skinny and look vaguely alike (except for the beard). The end. Sinister: chicago meet up (my apologies to mr. kitchen)

Evenin' kiddies, Sorry to clutter up the list with more meet up trials and tribulations ( I know Mr. Kitchen set up that nice little message board on the Jeepster site, but there doesn't seem to be too much response, and nothing concrete has arisen from it as far as I can tell), but has anyone figured something out for Chicago yet? I've heard some suggestion of the Gingerman Tavern before the show, and I too have heard its a nice place...and smack dab next to the metro too. So that's where little old moi will be, and anyone who cares to join can e-mail me. And for the record on Cinerama, I bought it yesterday and think its lovely. I of course am biased however as I am a huge fan of the Wedding Present. For anyone angered at me for this perhaps irrelevant post, please feel free to spank me. And for the rest of you, please feel free to spank me as well. All this smuttiness on the list has made me a wee bit randy..oh, and I've been a trifle naughty as well. Sinister: The rollercoaster ride...to Athens!

Heya fellow listees! I've noticed a slowing-down of postings to the Jeepster get-together message board for the Athens gig. Do folks not want to get together? If you do, let's all pay attention to the board for a day or two and get our plans together so there is a place and time set for a merry, happy-bunny kinda gathering... The one place that's been suggested a few times (and I gotta admit, it sounds nice) is the Athens Sushi Bar Utage, on Clayton, and only a few blocks walk away from the 40 Watt. Hell, I'm driving, so if everyone's full, we could drive there! Anyhow! I'm sure I'm not alone in my desire to meet some other B&S folks and hang out and eat raw fish and such, so let's make a plan, 'kay? Kind of like how i feel about Michael Palin. Sinister: Cinerama: Philly opening act

<<anyone else have opinions on cinerama (the openers)? i have heard <<only bad things. Cinerama is David Gedge's new band. David Gedge=The Wedding Present. How can this be bad?!? Actually, their CD is pretty nice. Different. Less uh, something. I'm not sure. Should be good at least. ARGH!!! I just remembered I forgot to pick up my paycheck this afternoon! Sinister: See you in line in PHILLY!

Just one more day till the big show...and from what the Beans tell us things are going really well for B&S, so I'm looking even more forward to it. For the listies who are going to be sitting in line at the Trocadero tomorrow, I'm going to be there handing out little flyers I made for our band's after-show (at the Balcony above the Trocadero). Why not say hi? My band is Clock Strikes Thirteen and the event is free to 21+ B&S attendees--just go right upstairs after B&S finish and voila. Anyway, I shouldn't be hard to spot--just don't confuse me with the people handing out religious advertisements or things like that.:) I have a good feeling not only about the show but about meeting some of you members--I actually think I like this list more than I like the band. (Gasp! Heresy! Well, too bad, it's true.) Definitely a lovey-dovey, tight-knit bunch who know how use their genitals when pressed. I have to feel kinship, there's no choice.
